I have football tryouts for a univeristy team in 6 weeks. I am 1.5 weeks in on a 150mg EOD of test prop (10 weeks) and i have 50 50mg winny tabs as well. My question is this. I am almots done my current rountine (four session spli of mostly compound lifts in a 7,6,6 rep range with rest pause etc.) i want to take then the 4 weeks before my tryouts to really gear up for this camp and bust some heads out there. I want to find a routine that will do this. My intensity in the gym is super high so i want something that will CHALLENGE me. Any ideas of where to look or even ones you have tried. I know there is someone out there who works harder in the gym than me.. ............show me.......come on!!!!
