I don't really do a full bicep/tricep work out. Instead every other day I usually work out with Bench presses(5 sets, 8 reps), Curls(6 sets, 6-8 reps), Soomething for abs, then Either 2-3 sets of 8-failure of lateral raises, overhead extension, or kickbacks. I do this every other day, and in between I work on legs or back. If I do this every other day, is this okay? Or would it be better to do a workout of like 4-5 excersizes per muscle every 3-4 days? I am seeing pretty decnt results with what I'm doin now
