5X5 Workout
What do you all think about the 5x5 work out? I was thinking of trinyg it for about a month but first i was wondering what you all had to say

5x5 is the cornerstone of any good strength training program. Make sure you drop back the weight and build it back up over the course of 10-14 weeks.
