yesterday and today i went into the gym ready to do my normal routine.. but found i was lacking my energy and i cant figure out what it is. i thought maybe allergies cuz of the weather change. or maybe cuz ive been losing like a pound or two per week on my new diet.

your diet looks good, nothing that would neccessarily cause fatigue. i'd have to defer to one of the more knowledgeable fellas on the board. unless you're taking m1t cuz that'll casue lethargy without a doubt.

If you arent used to limiting carbs, that could be it. You may want to try having a piece of fruit or a glass of natural juice before you work out. Just subtract the calories from somewhere else. If your "workout" is cardio, sorry, you are just going to feel like crap on an empty stomach with no glycogen in your liver.
Try using effedra pre-workout.
