hey i am trying to change my routine.. and i n eed some help .. first off i wanna get some ppls advice on wether is ok or not to do chest and bis and back and tris or if arms should all be done in one day ? right now my new routine looks something like this mon chest bis tues legs forarms wed back tris thus off fri shoulders traps sat light chest and back sunday off... please give me your advice i wanna know what i can do to make my work out better?
