Here is a question for everyone. I wanted to know if I'm alone on this one or if it happens to other people too. Recently I have stepped up the intensity of my workouts from hard to insane. Now (used to happen to me when I was a sophmore) on my walk to the gym I get nauseas. I think it happens because my mind is telling my body that the next hour or two are really gonna suck. After I get in there and warmup, it goes away. Does this happen to anyone else or am I just weird?
