MG that is pure bull****. Cycleon is right on the ****en nose here. Look at Iran, it was a ****en beautiful country back in the Shah's rule. **** wasn't perfect, no country is, but at least people were happy. No women were wearing those ****ed up covers over their heads.
The ONLY reason the middle east is SO FVCKED UP is because STUPID M*THER F*CKING RELIGION RUNS THE COUNTRY. Most countries that are actually DECENT have SEPARATE STATES, THERE IS THE GOVERNMENT, AND RELIGION, IN NO WAY IN HELL SHOULD THE TWO CO-EXIST. Virtually EVERY country that is run BY religion is FULL of fvcken terrorists and civil wars.
Men and women aren't even allowed to talk properly on streets, you can't do **** all in public. THIS IS ONLY BECAUSE SOME FVCKED UP OLD GEEZER RELIGION MULLA C0CK SUCKER decided he wanted to be ALL POWERFUL, and his OWN wife probably left him for some OTHER fvcker, and so he decided to make it a god daym law.
Any IDIOT who thinks women must wear those vails are just that! IDIOTS.
I would LOVE for you to tell me which rule was better (in Iran for example). Back in the Shah's time? Or now, with all the fvcking Mulla's running everything.
RELIGION WILL BE THE DOOM OF THIS WORLD!!! THE VERY GOD YOU SO WORSHIP WILL BE YOUR DOWN FALL!!! AND YOU ASSH0LES WILL TAKE THE REST OF US WITH YOUR SORRY ASSES!!!

Not to mention the young (in all religious aspects) are FORCED to become religious!! Why da **** don't you let them choose for themselves!?? Man, I can't even go on about religion and it's stupidity!!!
I have NOTHING against religion ITSELF. If people want to waste time out of their lives praying to an "invisible" thing then that is fine, you go right ahead, I DO NOT GIVE A RATS ASS.
BUT WHEN YOU TAKE A FVCKEN COUNTRY AND FVCK IT UP SO BAD CUZ OF STUPID RELIGION, THEN THEY ARE THE ONES WHO DESERVE TO BURN IN HELL.

I will agree with you 100% that Iran was better of under the Shah than they are under the current government headed by Ayatollah Khamanie.
But you have to understand, Iran is not acting Islamic. Islam doesnt force people to follow the tenets of Islam. Islam lets people choose what they want to follow, and what they dont. They choose wheather they want to go to heaven or hell. No government has to force a people to do good or bad. It must be their own choice.
The only thing a person has to do to be a muslim is belive in the Shahada "There is only one GOD, which is Allah, and Mohammed is the Messager of GOD" that is it. After that the choice is yours, wheather to be a bad muslim or to be a good muslim.
Ayatollah Khomenie's son, an Ayatollah himself, is totally against the current Iranian government calling it unislamic. It is human nature TO REBEL against anything that is forced upon you. The Iranian regime is forcing strict Islam on its populous, and it is human nature for the Iranian people (especially, since by nature they are a rebellious peoples), the youth will rebel against something that is forced down peoples throats.
All religion should be about choice, it is your decision to go to hell or heaven, that is what makes it, significant. If someone forces you, you are not doing it because you want to, you are doing it because you have too.
I honestly wish the current Iranian regime puts more moderate practices into place.

Like I said, I have nothing against religion, I know a lot of religious people are the nicest people you will ever meet. I have nothing against any religion. I just get so angry when a government suppresses so much because of religion. I mean, Iran (as you agree) has become a terrible place now. It is hard for the young to grow up leading normal lives with all the pressures and all the very very strict rules which have been laid on them.
I mean, that's basically the MAIN reason so many Iranians leave and go to Canada or the U.S. If the government was stable, I'm sure so many would return. Almost all Iranians (out of Iran) are just praying for that revolution to happen and for PEOPLE to take over the country and rule it, not religion.
There is NO REASON why we can't have two separate states in Muslim countries, the religion and the government, both doing their own thing.
