After gym straight to bed without shower

OMG I think that was the worst thing I ever heard...
I can go for sleep and when you lie there you feel like it starts getting hot, I can´t take that I have to go for a shower before I sleep.

I work out late.. and don't bother showering before bed.. i'm too tired and sleep in my own filth. I know i'm not the only one that does it. And yes i sleep alone.

i guess the question is...did you shower at all that day?

I go from work to the gym , home...into the shower......i get dirty at work so i deff need a shower when i get home , ........but i guess if i went from the shower to the gym...i could probally goto bed without ANOTHER shower.I really dont sweat much , if at all , lifting.

No i Just leave some food under my covers so when I get home I crawl in bed dirty and eat old food.
