    Phil lost the overall in the 1987 NPC Nationals to Shawn Ray...

    He was on thick mofo back in the day, not many were thicker...

    Phil was a freak... But narrow shoulder structure hurt him...

    He did beat Shawn head to head at the 1988 NOC though...
