    PEACHTREE CITY, Georgia (AP) -- A blind man was charged with reckless conduct after he drove a golf cart through the city with help from an inebriated friend, police said.     That is very dangerous but I cant but help laugh at the first part,

    It almost sounds like the beginning of a joke.
