Paul Pomagrin. Paul died yesterday at Coney Island Hospital from a fatal stab wound. He was killed outside of Spoon Cafe on Brighton Beach Avenue on Sunday night while defending a girl he had met that night. Paul was there celebrating his birthday. He had just turned 20 years old.

From eyewitnesses and friends: he was killed by 4 black men, stabbed at the heart

I know how you feel bro, I lost my best friend in a domestic dispute 7 years ago. She got shot, was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Its hard. Try to deal with the emotions the right way. Sorry to hear the news good luck bro.

It's disgusting they never fight fair and on top of that, carry weapons ... Why did the paramedics take him to Coney instead of brookdale, which is a level 1 trauma? Unless that did not matter...
