    Power house gym?

    Anyone workout at a powerhouse gym? My friend is about to open the first one in houston area. How does it compare to 24 hour and ballys?

    I use to work out at a powerhouse in NC. It was a good gym.

    The one here in my area is similar to Golds....would never step into a bally's so I couldn't tell you.

    I used to in Jacksonville FL .. I think its something else now. Great gym. One of the best I've used

    The one here is nice. My buddy made it out to be more then it is. My local gym at college is so much nicer.
