not sure where else to put this but I was proud of my leg press today thought i would go for gold.My lift was 260kg or 573lbs might not be much compared to most of you guys but shit i was pumped. Anyway ya dont have to respond just thought i would share it with the family.

WOW what a response thanks guys. Its good that we can come to a place like this and share our highs and lows. My wife isnt into the bodybuilding scene, when ever i come home on a buzz she usually gives me a forced "oh thats nice honey" lol. Any way now that the ego is inflated my next goal is 300lbs by 8 weeks. Hey just out of curiosity does anyone use a weight belt when on the leg press, i sometimes get a dull ache in my lower back a few days after a heavy. and again thx.
