i can't believe that you need a perscrition to get shit here. this is the state that legalized marijuana. but anyways i was wondering if there is some kinda needle exchange programs in the bay area that anybody knows about where you could get needeles meant for heroin?

I've gone down to the local farm/animal feed store and bought syringes and needles there. So far, I haven't been questioned about them. If they do ask you what they're for, you can say they're for your "friend/relative" who has "dogs/livestock", etc. They should have various needle sizes available for you. (BTW, I live in the Bay Area also. A few minutes North of S.F.) Good luck.
