    every single time... my greatest accomplishment was having 1 unbroken strand that folded on top of itself 4 times! i wish i had a picture phone cuz i woulda taken a picture and sent it to all of my friends.

    black, coffee grind looking, or red of course...are indicators of bad things

    also, if it floats, too much fat is in your meal.
