The strongest man i ever met.
This morning was a huge surprise for me . At 8:00 am i found out a friend of mine passed away last night at the young age of 32. For the last 16 years he has bin fighting death everyday . Even with his illness he was always the life of the party . Me and him would trade story's all night and let me tell you that man lived his life to the fullest. He didn't let anything get in his way . It makes me think how strong i would be if i was in his shoes. I will miss him .
Rest in peace my bro .

I am truly and deeply saddened by you loss Rage. Please accept my brotherhood and love in this time of need. My thoughts are also of course with his family. May he rest in Peace.
I'm glad you understand Rage that strength not is only in the muscles, but also in the heart.
cheers my friend, life will go on and you will be stronger in the heart for knowing him. Take his strength and use it in the gym as motivation next time you train, and keep him with you in your heart at each workout. He would want that I'm sure.

Sorry to hear that. Sadest part is death always seems to take the good guys and leave the people that society doesnt need. Memories never die though, he'll always be around.

You have my deepest sympathy Rage. I know what you're going through, one of my best friends past away 15 years ago. He was only 30 at the time. Its tough at first but it gets easier as time goes on.
