    heya guys!!!

    Back from vacation...and it was incredible...now that i've drank enough beer and river water to drown a horse...it's GO TIME...at work and off to the gym soon as I get off...clen cycle starts tomorrow...I think I might just hug the stairclimber when I get there...hope everyone's been doin well...and hope to catch up...xxxSass

    hey whats up glad you had a good time. did you go to San Marcus or what river were you on. I was in San Marcus this past weekend for a bachelor party. what a good time but legs are so scratched up and bruised from the rocks.

    thanx hun...that was a very genuine compliment that is greatly appreciated...been workin pretty hard myself...but glad to see ya back...haven't been on much myself either...got an awesome focus going with my training...haven't felt this good in a long time...except for the muscle I pulled in my behind swimming laps a couple of days ago...sittings overrated anyway...lol...hope the next pics will be even better...see ya round...xxxSass
