Hi, I don't know if you know but in the UK, a rapist won the national lottery winning 7 million pounds ($11m ?) and this petition is to stop people like that from playing the lottery while on leave from prison. Thanks.

I think anyone can sign it if you have a lottery (Does the US have a national, or state lottery?). It sounds a little absurd at first, but if you think about it, it makes a lot of sense.

Is he still considered a citizen of the U.K.? Does the lottery have any rules against it? Probably not, does this effect you in some way? Most likely not. If not him then who? Probably someone just as much deserving, or un-deserving?

Rapists are scum and dont deserve to be allowed alot of things including playing the lottery. He shouldnt have been allowed to play it, he wasnt out of jail he was on day release. That money should go to his victims and to the gov to pay for his incarceration.

Release day??? Never heard of such a thing for rapists? In the states, they dont allow rapists much except maybe an hour a day of exercise.

i would kill that dude if the victim was some1 close to me on a serious note, but has this particular rapist "future millionaire" rapped some1 u knew?....there are NO laws against who can win the pot, so blame it on the lottery officials who don’t give a nut in the first place.
