Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, THAT IS STRENGTH

28 - Failed 8th grade 3 yrs in a row... had to pass me becaus I was driving LOL Military school 2 years and then dropped out of Highschool when I grew up and couldnt relate to the HS BS. Got a GED (scored top 1%, high and hung over AT THE TIME) went to college for 5 years...Still a freshman. Found the gym, made some business dicissions and never turned back. Have run several businesses for 8 years selling two and running two others now, continuing to excel.
School was a place to grow up and learn to talk to people for me. Other than that..... waste of my time.
I realize many drop outs are sucessful. I think it may be that we move to a diff. beat. I like things my way and dont like to do things that waste my time. I work harder now than I ever dreamed possible, but it never feels like work. I do it to survive and to maintain a lifestyle I am use to and desire.
I think that is why my spelling suck so bad!!! LOL :-)

everything i learned in college was useless, there is nothing i learned that i use in my job. well, maybe two classes helped a little. but all the electives and history and phycology classes were useless. the only point of college is to prove your dependable and able to work. with the obvious exception of law and med school. oh yea and cpa's. that is alot of trig, and calcules courses. i say screw liner equations. but really, who uses what they learned in college during there typical work day. im just curious. i graduated from university of pittsburgh and still cant write worth a **** without spell check. im just used to always using it and now on this forum i have to write on my own.

Well college is more of helping u to know how to figure stuff out. Get better logic and understanding. Those history and phycology arent for your job unless its your major... they are so your a well rounded person and in hopes u take something out of that class. Your right its not really job specific training.

Women over 30 are dignified. They seldom have a screaming match with you at the opera or in the middle of an expensive restaurant. Of course, if you deserve it, they won't hesitate to shoot you, if they think they can get away with it.
For all those men who say, "Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free". Here's an update for you. Nowadays 80% of women are against marriage, why? Because women realize it's not worth buying an entire Pig, just to get a little sausage.
