AWOL (liquid alcohol machine)??

Have any of you tried that new machine out that turns shots into vaporized alcohol?
I saw it on a talk show the other day and they were saying how dangerous it is to do this because the vapor will bypass the stomach and the liver and give your brain a pure shot of booze, of course the website says different stating how the process is low in carbs and a drunk from this is hangover free.

yeah but did you notice that you have to suck on that thing for like 20 minutes to get a shot! **** THAT! i dont have the patience for that ****.. besides i love my jack and cokes too much to smoke it! hahahaa

Yeah their trying to ban it in NYC.
And from what I heard...You don't have to suck on it for 20mins to get the shot...it's more like a min or 2, but the company is saying 20mins so people don't get freaked out.

Hum would it be possible to rig something upp at home to try this method?

Like warming upp some vodka until it reaches the temperatur where alcohole turns to gas and then breat the vapour??

No I think it's alittle more complicated then that.
They explained the process on the talkshow but I don't remember the details.

With all the drunks on this board I'm really surprised that no one's tried this thing out yet

WHAT the hell is a nebulizer?

it is a relatively inexpensive medical device that children and elderly use to inhale LIQUID asthma medication. They take the same medications used in inhalers and make them into a gas. The process involves heat and pressure from what i know about the machine (dont quote me on that though, i just know how to use it). Anway it has a breathing tube or a face mask attached to it and yeah...you can figure out the rest

Okay. Yeah by your description it sounds like it might be possible to maby modify one for alcohole.

But I cant stop thinking there must be some easy way to do it at home without any fancy gadgets? Just vaporize the alcohole and inhale. Cant be that hard

In order to get the alcohol to evaporate fast enough it will be very hott...potentially too hot. If you can somehow create a vaccume it will boil much lower possibly room temperature

since the boiling point of ethanol is 78 degres celcius and waters boiling point is 100 c. If I heat say regular vodka to 78-80 degress will that make the alcohole to vapour without any water turning into gas??

I dont think inhaling 80 degred hot alcohole would be any problem.

this has an easy answer fellas, just get the **** bottle put it in the freezer and wait for about 30minutes.... then there you have it guys, you dont have to suck on a plastic cock to get drunk

Umh excuse my ignorance but what good is there to chilling the booze when we want to vaporise it

johnan i figured out how to do it... i couldnt find a picture of the needed glassware, but i know it exists.

alcohol's boiling point is 173F/78.3C therefore much to hot to inhale.

If you drop the pressure to like 0.5 or 0.1 ATM's it will boil much lower (i've seen water boil at room temp before very easily)

so basically just get a peice of glassware like this and your golden. let it run for a few minutes to fill the air space...remove the rubber stopper and inhale.
