    This really is a great board filled with tons of knowledgable members. I've learned so much about maintaining a healthy lifestyle that I had never knew. As far as gear goes, I would have been in the dark.

    Why are you worried about being banned. I think it is pretty hard to get banned other wise I would be. They delete my posts and lock threads that I get into all the time. And they never say anything to me about. Im thinking one day I will try to log on and they wont let me anymore.
