    mine never swelled up at all. i had to take mine out cause of some surgery, surgery took longer than i expected and i was too disorientated when i awoke to put it back in so i had to let it go. i had mine for like 5 years. chicks loved it. keymastu is right... chicks love the vibrating tongue ring.

    ionly use my belt on my heavist set as it supoosed to be used, but those few sets per workout maybe hurt. i wear it so tight too. maybe i won't be going this route

    I would take it out just before I trained and then put it back in as soon as I was done. I don't lift that heavy anymore so I don't use one.

    Glad you don't walk around with your belt on for every set ....
