Ok, I listen to a lot of music when I work out. It is one of my three passions in life. The others are my lifting and my g/f. So I ask all of you, what is the best kick you in the a** song...you know the one that gets you going after you feel like you just got hit but the Mack truck going 150mph.

Tool kicks ass. I like rammstein while lifting too. I think creeping death is the best metallica lifting song though.
