    question on half-life

    say something has a half-life of 7 days and it is 200mg does that mean that in 4 days it will still be 200mg in your body. dont really understand the half-life thing

    Good Question if you look in the steroid section I,m pretty sure one of the mods explained this and how it gradually builds up in the system

    No, if you have 200 mg, in 7 days it will be at 100 mgs. It will be a gradual decrease until it hits the 7 day mark.
