mail being sent without my consent. WTF

I keep getting these delivery failed responsed from the postmaster. I never even sent these e-mails. Could this be a virus of some type?

it's a mailer worm...I get them constantly with my yahoo account...just delete them

it's a type of spam to get you to open it to see what was rejected then you get a cookie!
