Motocross & Massive Forearm pump, while on a cycle??
Does anyone ride motocross? Jeezus H, I noticed that when I was on a test cycle I couldnt harldy stand going around the track without my forearms pumping up insanely, to the point where I couldnt hold on! ! !WTF??

on a serious note you should get that checked out. you obviously aren't jerking off enough and u have left ur forearms weak lol dont worry thats common just like if u go rock climbing for the first time ur forearms will have a painful pump at the end of it.

dont blame forearm pump on your bike you know what youve been doing lol for real though ive heard of people getting it but dont know if it was on gear or not and it takes time to get better it has to rest , thats the reason some pros have bad forearm pump because they cant rest they keep having to race and practice , tips would be to make sure your throttle is lubed up and cable also install a ez-clutch which makes it only take 2 fingers to pull instead of your whole hand that makes it alot less stressful on your forearms

That or you can follow FI's advice and JO more and increase your forearm strength , lube one or the other

Never did a cycle, but I can agree that the pump from motocross can be a b!tch at times... combining the two is probably a big pain in the ass
