My Internet isn't what it used to be!!
I dunno how this happened but a few days ago my internet has been acting a lot worse than it ever has...I mean it works...just not top notch...for example...I frequently lose my AIM connection, web pages take longer to load...some web pages just get the "Cannot find server" message. Any ideas what the problem might be?
Im running a wireless G connection

Sounds like something is interfering with your wireless connection. Just for kicks, try running off cat5. If the problem goes away, start troubleshooting in the direction of the wireless device. If the problem is still there, it may be your laptop or the isp.

Stop visiting PORN sites! They're clogging you with viruses. Do a spybot adaware, then don't visit 'em anymore.

I don't know your 'surfin' habit but definitely it sounds like spyware and/or viruses. Goto www.lavasoft.com and get their free (or pay for the professional version) Adware software. Good luck!

On a server, 'power cycling' means to shutdown and power off all devices including the CPU (PC), wait for about 5 minutes and then turn on all devices (first) the the CPU (PC).
That's curious, so I take it you have scanned for viruses?? If yes, then you might check to see if you have a device (in the device manager) that has a question mark (?) in yellow next to the catagory. Possibility, you might have a device that is bad. If not, then defrag your hard drive by using the system tools.
I hope one of the suggestions helps. If not, say so and we will think some more...
Good luck!

Check the free space on your hard drive. Also, at what speed do you connect to your wireless router?
Peace,

in command prompt type this in: netsh int ip reset C:\\ipreset.wrd
try restarting the computer afterwards.
