    Won My Gym's Bench Press Competition...

    What's up bro's,

    Today at my gym we had a 'Member Apprecation Party' today and had a whole series of events.

    Anyways, bench press rolled around and we did it by weight category. I was in the lightweight section (190 and under) and I heard my boss announce that he had the record bench at 275lbs. So I decided to throw myself up in the mix.

    We had 3 attempts. I picked up the mic and thanks all my fans for coming out, pointed out two old hags and told them I loved them.

    I don't bench much, but I knew I could do more then this chump.

    I threw up 185 for 1 warmup. 275 to tie him and finally 335lbs for the win.

    That's probably the heaviest I've ever done in a long time. I rarely go above 225 at all IF I decide to bench.

    Even though I won, I didn't get a prize 'cause I'm an employee. Garbage.

    And for stats, I'm sitting at 189 & 8% BF right now as of the Hydrostatic Scale and stand 6'1" for those of you who think I'm a short bastard. I have long arms...you bastards.

    Yeah? It is a surprisingly good feeling? I just scratched my nose and walked away when it was done.

    Surprisingly enough though, my calf had a real dirty spasm during the lift. Ouch.

    good job bro, but id think that at 6'1 you should be looking to be 200+ lbs. get to about 215 at a low bf and your a monster... then again i shouldnt talk because at 185 now id love to be at 8% bf

    I think Ronny looks like he could weigh between 200-215. Weight isnt always a precise indicator. The leaner you are, the bigger you'll look (w/o clothes). Your bone structure/body type also has a lot to do with how you look. I've seen guys standing 6' weighing 180 look better than guys weighing 200.

    Congrats...Always a boost of self confidence to know your doing positive things. Don't feel bad. One meet I won gave me a trophy of a guy deadlifting and it was a bench only meet. Not to mention my penis was bigger then the trophy.
