    Does jerking off actually stimulate testosterone release?

    If so then how many times a day would you need to do it for you to actually have a significant increace? 5,6,7,12?? Just wondering. it seems to be one of those perpetuating stories but never have i actually read anywhere actually saying it to be a fact.
