Thanks you guys, it means a lot to me to have you listen to the tape and give me feedback. I truly appreciate it. It's nice when people can hear you, and not just read text. It's far more personal and "real" that way.
Again, thank you.

Thanks. Matter of fact, as I type to you right now, I struggle to get comfortable because I went out to the store w/my wife and son quickly, with crutches and all, and in that short amount of time, my knee and quad have now swelled to the point of being ridiculous.
Guess that's why the doc says "lay down, stay down, and keep it elevated!"

It was interesting to find out you were anorexic and experienced an epiphany when you passed out one day from malnutrition. I say this because I experienced a similar revelation. I let myself get so overweight as a child that one day during phys. ed., I couldn't jump a hurdle, even when they lowered it just for me. From that day in sixth grade on, I've been a different person and no one now believes I was ever like that, even if it was in childhood. It's nice to hear you had such a humble beginning and weren't one of those junior high "manchilds", kind of lets me know I've still got room to grow.

Sometimes you have to hit the bottom before you can make it to the top!
