Never makes progress
So there's this guy at my gym that never makes any progress (actually there are lots of them). After seeing that his workout routine never will produce any results. He's the type that does 1 set of broom twists every 5 minutes and works in a set of bench every 10 minutes so that he doesn't interfere with his vocal chord training. Well tonight I found the missing part of the equation. He's sitting there in the DUI class (I work at a college), wearing his gym sweatshirt no less. What a doofus. Mark

i especially hate it when they put their towel or gloves on a machine and use some other machine like they are marking it or something.

it's even better when they come up to you and tell you what YOU'RE doing wrong and how to do it right. there's a guy at my gym that NEVER does a basic movement, yet is full of criticisms about how i do them.

Yesterday my first exercise was weighted pullups (i use the cable crossover cable and attatch them to a belt) Anyway. I got into the gym and there was a dude using the machine doing rope pushdowns on one side. Well i had to warmup first so i figured no problem. I did 5 mins on the bike. warmed up on the lat pulldown. Did some stretches in between warmup sets, he still haddnt finished. This was like 10 mins later. I sat around for another 5 waiting for him to finish and he diddnt!!! Eventually i gave up, and did a different exercise. I timed him. He was doing rope, then striaght bar, then rope, then straight bar pushdowns for 30 mins!!!!!!!! With almost no weight. I mean not only is he wasting his time but he was wasting mine as well. I wasnt impressed. So i totally feel you mark when it comes to tards in the gym!
