Does Celebrex stop protein synth.?

I'm not sure where exactly the proper place to post this is.
But i was wondering if anyone knew whether or not Celebrex stops protein synthesis like over the counter drugs like ibprofen. I recently had a medial meniscus repair and it tore again. I have awhile to go until i can get to a better doctor so im going to suck it up. it gets stiff as hell and pretty swollen.
