    Rasberry Tea

    this is gonna sound weird but i drank some special rasbeery tea i found at my house, i dunno what the deal is but it pumps me up alot i ****ing shake after i drink it for like 2hours im so on edge drank some before i worked out weights went up maxx bench was 20lbs higher.

    i honestly dunno maybe its the way my body reacts ill find out who makes it but it was more stimulated and on edge than ive ever been freaky really

    Good find bro. Many teas have more caffiene than coffee. Now you know what to stock in your workout bottle....
