    Help! I need to impress a chick with indie rock music!!!

    I need to know of some cool new indie rock bands...this chick i am trying to impress likes franz ferdinand and modest mouse for sure...any other ideas? help a brotha out you indie rock fans...whats the new indie music out there that is sure ti impress?

    coheed and cambria are not at all horrific. They're quite good. You may not like the lead singer's voice, but they're guitaring is great.

    There's a chance she may like Wilco.. i personally do.

    musically i think they r awesomw but yeah his voice is quite gurly!! The Crowing and In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth 3 are simply awesome. but im not really into indie...
