It's obvious in my case, I suppose. I'm an alumnus of The University of Miami, twice (under grad in 1982, graduate school in 1994) and I love the Hurricanes sports teams. I go faithfully to most football and almost all baseball games.
Go 'Canes !!!
By the way folks we have a saying around here......
"It's a 'Canes thing, you wouldn't understand".
There are wannabe's and then there are schools that "JUST DO IT !

It's my name. It's what my students call me anyway.

"We can change the world when we change ourselves. And the energy of our consciousness, like the energy of all light, continues into the eternity. When there is light in the soul there will be beauty in the person. When there is beauty in the person there will be harmony in the home. When there is harmony in the home there will order in the nation. When there is order in the nation there will be peace in the world."

(By the way when UF dropped Miami from its schedule in 1988, Miami was THE OLDEST rival that UF had, as they had played Miami every year since 1927, and UF didn't join the SEC until 1930)
(see I managed to talk about the GaTurds with saying.....oops, my bad )
