Ok folks, something is REALLY wrong at my gym!
Check this out...
There are these 2 high school kids who just joined my gym... a couple of lanky 15 year olds but this is the odd thing about them...
- They train, not yap
- When they do talk, they keep their voices very low
- They are very respectfull of others in the gym
- They don't lift more than they can handle
- Their lifting form is adequate and not rushed or botched
- They ask for and listen to advice from the big guys
- They're not dressed for a fashion show and leave their cellphones in the lockers...
You'll have to excuse my bewilderment folks... this has me a little shocked! I usually hate seeing teens in the gym but heck if we could get more like those 2 kids the place would be rocking!
Anyone else surprised positively by some new members lately?

Don't fly here. they don't last long.......
I never see em more than twice.....
The old spandex crowd is invading though.
One of my Bro's was using a machine for his second set, when spandex lady says "I was using that". He flipped his lid......he stayed cool unloaded the plates and went to another machine. I immediatley followed him and said " bro I got 8 more sets here".
Look on his face was classic.
