    another newbie!!!

    well this one was funny......... big ol guy, hes strong but what a cheater......
    had 375 on bench trying to max...... his friends lifted it off.... he grunted like a mother ****er.. let it fall on his big belly and bounched his stomach into it...... moved a total of 2 inches i think hahahaha

    WTF !!! what a wanker!

    We had a guy similar here at the gym but he was a young guy first time lifting and he put 200lbs on the bar no spotter lifter the bar up and it feel straight onto his chest. he was pinned and screaming like a baby calling out for someone to help him.

    it was a funny site we knew what was going to happen he was a weed.
