    La fitness in FL

    Just wonderin if anyone in South FL worked out at LAfitness ive been workin out at the one on flamingo and was seeing if anyone else goes there

    Never been to the on ein The Doral but the one im at is pretty good and the chicks are always a pleasure to look at

    how's the free weight section? i've got a lifetime membership at bally's total sh!tness and the dumbbells only go up to 85. way too many gay members too.

    La is good i paid 75 down and 35 a month which is a little pricy but its worth it they have absoloutley everything

    fl has some great gyms, The Athletic club in boca is a real money gym, they do your laudry and wash your car while you work out..
