Usually you'd want to wait till the scabbing passes over.

Put fragrance-free lotion 3-4 times a day for a little over a week.

i worked out the day after i got mine on my arm. it was tender but it was ok. leave it wrapped for 24 hrs then let it breathe for 12 hrs then out vitamin a&d cream on it. works really well!

i put vitamin a&d cream 24-36 hrs after and its all good, apply it every 4 hrs for a week or so. mine healed perfectly in like 5 days and it covers my whole arm from my shoulder to jst past my elbow.

the only problem with working out is sweating. for the
first week ya wanna make sure it stays real dry. I have been
told my my tattoo guy not to even cream it for the first week.
you also want to make sure you dont pull any of the scabbing off.
it will take the color with it.

You shouldnt work out for a week because salt comes out with SWEAT and it can blur parts of the tatt. Dont let it dry out either use a moisteriser/anti septic cream. You shouldnt swim in clorinated pools as well

dry bro keep it dry.... dont touch it if at all possible, you need too keep scabs on as long as possible to get the best ink.

if u tan make sure to cover the tat up, its not supposed to b exposed to uv rays for about a yr! i bought some stuff called tattoo balm and u just rub it on and it protects it. u dont want it to fade
