    Everyone's gotten swole over the christmas period!

    Before christmas (oct, nov) there were alot of trainers at my gym about my size, a little bigger or smaller but no one outstanding really. Well i dont know what they have put in the water but ive come back after sickness and everyone is fvucking huge! I mean guys i was bigger than are now a good 15lbs heavier then me. Yeah im not at my best but ****! I was quite shocked today. And what sucks even more is im the old guy!
