    Question for the mods?

    How did you become a mod? what do you do when you're not working on the site? Do you work shifts? take turns? Have assigned jobs? Why did you want to be a mod? Do they pay ( not wanting to be personal, just curious if it's donated time or a waged position)?

    well i became a mod thru a serious of mental lapses and just one day decided i was, i dont display any power and rule fairly to the underlings(non Irish members), however the other mods can rule in their own method..
