ISP Speeds, whats yours? when will it go up?
I live in Madison, WI, where i run off Charter cable internet and it's a 3 meg service so I get about 400kb/s on ftp downloads....when I worked at best buy a co-worker said that yahoo (at some point) will up it's service to like 20+ megs, and when this happens charter will totally wipe out any bandwidth restrictions and that will make it a wopping 60megs giving me downloads of 8 megabytes a second!? Any light on this subject? What kind of speeds do you guys have and any news of faster services? I don't think id leave my room for days if I had those speeds!!
