Refinanced my mortgage today and...
got a shyte load of AA airmiles for doing it ontop of dropping my interest down a full percentage and lowering my monthly payment so that what the Navy gives me to pay for housing now covers all but my electricity.
All in all a great day.
P.s. WellsFargo offers 1000 miles for every $10,000 financed.
Just thought I'd share for you airmile junkies1. Once a cheat always a cheat!
2. YES, SHE can get pregnant the first time!
3. NO, PULLING out IS NOT a RELIABLE method of Birth Control. DAMMMMIT..... Wrap that shyte UP!!
Women over 30 are dignified. They seldom have a screaming match with you at the opera or in the middle of an expensive restaurant. Of course, if you deserve it, they won't hesitate to shoot you, if they think they can get away with it.
For all those men who say, "Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free". Here's an update for you. Nowadays 80% of women are against marriage, why? Because women realize it's not worth buying an entire Pig, just to get a little sausage.
What the mind can conceive....the body will achieve!

Not with VA .... they are picky about that. But no closing costs either so I'm happy about that.

you might have just added on some more moeny to your loan making your loan last another 10 years. There are always hidden costs to refinancing. I know some people who refinance from like 5.3 to 5.2 if you were going from a high rate to a low one its worth it. If you went from something like 6.0 to 5.8 it usually ends up costing you more than you are saving.
