    anybody else besides me have a ghetto ass from leg workouts?

    Just curious, seems like my ass is huge, I mean I have 29" quads as well, but this **** ass is like ghetto. My waist is around 35", but my ass sticks out so far the pants are tight there, not in the waist!!! Anybody else have this problem from alot of squats and deads over the years?

    30in quads 47in around my ass and hips, 41in waist and a 54in chest so yea i have the same problem The girls love a big as$

    Yea man, girls always comment on how big my ass is and how it is a "bubble butt" It is what makes it hard for me to find pants that fit b/c my waist is a 34, but I have to buy 36-38's for them to fit over my ass.

    Yaup... sometimes I'm concerned with it and I want to cut just to have it be a little smaller but its mostly muscle so... not really a whole lot I can do about it without dropping squats and deads.

    Yup same problem here. Sometimes they call me "fat ass" at the gym. Personally I don't think it's that bad. The gf loves it though. Always commenting on how firm my ass is

    yeah I do people always say seomthing about my butt. One time I was walking from Wal-mart and I passed in front of this car waiting and the chick yelled out the car move it big ass. I was wearing some tight khakis too so i'm sure she meant me. But I was a little confused cause it was some fat chick. Dunno if she meant that in a good way or not. But i've had my girl say that about my butt too but she says its a nice shape. She gets pissed sometimes cause when I buy pants I make sure to buy ones that are tight around the butt so people can see my big ass coming. I'm started getting this really skinny girl with no ass i'm seeing to do tons of squats to get a bigger butt and now she still has skinny legs, but this huge ass its freaky looking. Getting her to do some lunges too to add some more meat.

    I only have this bigg-butt problem during my offseason(usually right after a competition)...when my calories sky-rocket. Rest of the year..yea my butt is noticeable (so the girls say) but it isn't J-lo by any standard

    i have a big ass too so i know how it feels, but in my personal experiences girls love my ass, they always want to slap it! but it does suck though bc i cant wear anything from like an abercrombie type store because the jeans are designed for little skinny kids with a flat ass....
