No trying to train people unless you actually know what you are doing.
Put plates and dumbells back where they belong.
No gloves with the fingers cut out(how gay).
No screaming while lifting as if you can scream you are not 'really' going to failure.
No calling a station if you are doing something else, or ask to work in.

No cellphones

Too many to list....
No cell
Put away your sh*t
Wipe your sweat off ****
No resting on equipment
Funny, most of these are rules already...just no enforcement. That's why I do all I can at my home.

1. NO GAY MUSIC... Its a gym, people need inspiration, if the music is too loud or to hard wear ear plugs.
2. No GAY PEOPLE..... There's a couple gay guys at my gym, hit on other guys,, NOT COOL!!
3. No slamming dumbells, not only is it a distraction and hard on the ears, its not good for the weights. 60 Pound dumbells do not require being smashed together.
4. I don't care if you are doing 10 sets of 10 for squats thats fine.. BUT DONT TAKE ****ING 5 MINUTE RESTS INBETWEEN EACH SET... It took him a ****ing hour on Wednesday night I was going to kill the ****er ahhhh

no cellys and mandatory "proper form lessons" for newbies. nothing annoys me more than someone thinking they are strong swinging back and forth with the lat pull down bar. gotta give these a-holes a 6 feet clearance so they dont swing into you!~
and no god **** techno music!!! i cant stand it at the gym!!! when you hear the techno remix of "its raining men" and the "price is right theme" there is a problem.

Well, other than the obviouys no cellphones...
I'd probably not have a stereo in the gym... no music. You want music, wear a walkman.
I've trained a few times in a silent gym with nothing but the noise of plates clanging, people grunting and feet thumping on threadmills and I loved it. Gave me way more motivation than any crappy music they usually have on.

No Swingers!! They are really distracting! heehee ..... Monkeytown
Have to let swingers in....if not, then you would only have fat nasties to mess with...you don't want that to happen do you??? At least not to me....right bro?

no newspapers!!!!! at my school the universtiy puts out a free newspaper and punks come in do a set and then read that paper. i go nuts.
no chalk!!!!!!!!! unless you powerlift or use it in moderation example: deadlifting. i hate when i see chalk everywhere. its like they think they look really cool using it or something. but they get it everywhere. they use it on bench, on pullups, on situps.

I'd honestly have to consider no talking. Unless your asking if someone is using something or trying to motivate someone. It would be a bitch for some people, but wouldnt bother me a bit.

1) No dancing liking a weirdo on the gym floor, no matter how cool you think your music is in the private world of your headphones.
2) Do not block the freeweight rack. (Step back a couple feet when doing standing bicep curls)
3) No overdramatic grunting, you f****ng actor. Poor you. Shut up and lift.
4) No ridiculously bad form to show you can't lift the weight you are using.
5) Shower once in awhile.
(seriously)

I don't give a crap what other people in the gym do. I'm happy so long as the gym is well equipped, open long hours and reasonably clean.
