Lady trouble
ok guys I could do with some help here. Basicly my missis seems to think I done the dirty on her last night with some chick when I was on the drink last night. But I didnt do nothing. Thing is, her mate seen me hanging about the girl in question who was at the time trying it on with me so it didnt look good.
How can i convince her that nothing happened when she has her mind set on the word of one person against mine.

must not be that strong of a relationship if she believes one person word over yours. Either the realtionship is hanging on by something other than trust or she is really insecure with herself.

U can avoid this kind of conflict with some thinking.

CK............answer this honestly, why were you drinking with a woman that wants to sleep with you? (that is not your woman)

I agree with the other bros. There's no reason to be out with another woman drinking(period).
Is her "mate" that told her male or female..? If its a guy id look into that a little further if i were you. Sounds like he has the hots for your wife.

CK..........the only way out of the dog house is to admit you were wrong and apologize, and tell her you weren't thinking about her feelings, it was wrong. Then just stfu and take what comes. Agree......agree............agree.... with every criticism she throws at you and heep saying I'm sorry.

Thing is though, I only met up with her cousin at the end of the night (bout 10:45) and I was canny wasted. We have a strong relationship normaly but whoever said what they did about me is gonna know about it when i find out who they are. My lass doesnt mind me drinkin with her cousin either cos she is horrid. But the tart I was suppose to have been fu*king on with wasnt even in our croud, she just come up to me and tried it on with me so i put her on a stool and walked away but she followed. Anyway u get the picture now

Come on Bro it is Valentine's Day. Not a good weekend to be without your one and only. I'm with 1Vic on this one. Admit you were wrong, apologize, buy some chocolates, flowers, and a nice card. Make it up to her with a romantic V-Day!

THAT'S NOT THE POINT. You will not win this one. Please go with my advice. You are wrong (even if you are not)

Monkey it has taken years of study and countless hours of being subjected to badgering and belittling to come to this conclusion. Now I just fight about the stuff that matters!

me and her are just to much alike at times. I think if I was told the same as her then I would probably be acting just like she is now, but that doesnt help me just cos i know what she is thinking.
dam, i wish i had stayed in on sat. It wasnt until 3pm that i even decided to go out that night so i feel like a right plank now

yeah but she will stil think I did the dirty on her, even if we do sort it out which means that if she is drunk one night and we row then she might just decide to get me back which wouldnt help considering im inocent in the first place.
so i need to at lest make her see that i didnt do it to start with

There is no way to prove that, none. She will need to take your word, if she can't it is a symptom of a much larger problem.

EASY.... two ways of handling....
1) Reverse Psychology: Get mad at her for even thinkin that!
2) Face to face: sit her down and apologize for creating the situation, and that sometimes you can be a little flirtatious, but that you would never stray from her side knowing that she is the only one you ever truly loved.... some mushy $hit like that....
I always go w/ #1!! Save #2 for more serious problems.....
good luck!!!

Well this recently worked for me this past week. I have a tendancy to always say I'm sorry first, I don't like fighting and my wife is a stubborn woman. However I gave her the silent treatnment for 5 days straight. I have never gone more than a few hours of being mad at her in 6 years. By the end of the 5 days she wanted a divorce, said she was a terrible wife, offered me the house and no child support if I would let her go.
The key is to answer yes or no, be polite but indignant and never look her in the eyes, and to start coming and going without notice like you are no longer attached.

Its not over, you will both run back to each other, but if you were smart you would not even speak to her, not even on the phone.
You need to send home a message thats says "I am finished"!
