make sure u get barbells for nipples that come in different sizes......I had one that the piercer bent to fit (it was supposed to be for an ear).... it didnt sit properly and and the piercing couldnt get enough air...... worst $50 I've spent on piercing jewellry

I would find that hard to believe if it happens to kill nerves. Blood flow is the biggest reason. Why who girls with enlarged clit's have more sensation because of more surface area.
