So excited i cried
I been trying to get lean slowly for summer and i have dropped 1% in 3weeks =/ but i did something neat last night and i just have to brag kuz i only had 2 witnessesss... i did two full reps and one negative of 285 on seated BTN Military... and you know what i owe my progress to... PeanutButter and BrownSugar yes thats right i eat it like every other night its about 2.2k calorie snack since i started chowing down on these nightly snacks i noticed i been getting leaner and stronger... its quite perplexing no? but my diet is practically flawless at all other times...
maybe its the increased dextrose pwo?

275 military Behind the neck with free weights is respectable. You don't see many people doing it that way..Now the smith machine bandits can do that all day long but the real weight is probably around 150 when you take the balance into account.

Congrats on the lift.
However, in the future to prevent injury, I'd consider doing d-bell presses (hits the shoulder equally across the board) and forces you to use the all important stabilizer muscles. Doing that much weight w/the shoulder capsule in that weird of a position is very dangerous, and one day you may be hatin' life when you go to press the weight back up. I guarantee that less shearing pressing w/heavy d-bells will provoke far more growth as well to the heads of the shoulders, and you won't be torching your joints when you are doing so.
Just lookin' out.

Women over 30 are dignified. They seldom have a screaming match with you at the opera or in the middle of an expensive restaurant. Of course, if you deserve it, they won't hesitate to shoot you, if they think they can get away with it.
For all those men who say, "Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free". Here's an update for you. Nowadays 80% of women are against marriage, why? Because women realize it's not worth buying an entire Pig, just to get a little sausage.
