Mines BiGGeR Than Yers
for a cheat meal i had 3chickenEnchilladas.. about 800-1100 kcal a piece then a jar of peanut butter 2200kcals but kant have PB alone .. so i mixed in 160g's brown sugar thats like ALOTTA Cals for one meal ... can i even absorb that all or will some of it pass on out
oh.. btw .. i was sweating, tossing, and turning all night long ><

dood its been fine i ate that krap last evening and ITS ALL BEEN NORMAL k thnx for concern but i think you all are just weak in the digestive area only time i ever had problems was when went krazy w/ SOY products for hte iso flavens OMG fear real soy protein shakes ><

Ok, lets just go through what i ate today (a normal day)
meal 1: 2 lbs of steak, 9 eggs, few pieces of bread and a stack of pancakes (breakfast is the most important meal of the day) 2 glasses of milk.
meal 2: a couple packages of italian sausages, 2 lbs of pasta, half an nlarge 2 shake with milk and some pepsi.
Meal 3: Hamburgers, about 100 grams of protien worth. Buns, onions all the trimmin's.
snack: frozen yogurt from the place down the street (oreo and snickers yum)
Meal 4: Homeade lobster salad made with fresh lobsters (about 70 grams of protien), made 4 sandwhiches to thats 4 big bulky rolls, and i made some potator salad.
snack: some oreos
Meal 5: 2 lbs of steak tips on the grill (thank god my girlfriend cooks for me all day)
I have 5 more meals to go as im up all night. NO ONE can hang wiht me, i eat about 8 lbs of red meat on a decent day.
I get full.. but i force it. That and i'm literally addicted to food, i cant stop eating.

mine is kinda like that but... no oreos or yogurt .. im trying to cut for summer and i use porkchops and turkey inplace of steaks and lobster... and i use a jar of peanut butter and soy milk inplace of burgers
i hate potates so i eat yams but god if i stayed up all night i could but im weak incomparison to your 'elongated' stamina i need sleep about 6-8 hrs kuz i get so exhausted from studyhing weird eh? i kan run 8 miles no prob but read a book for 30min and i feel completey depleted

i eat almost that much and i krap 4 times a day seriously.. in morning as soon as i wakeup 3 hrs later before i goto class then around 4 and then before i goto bed yes TMI .. suck on it
