Squat till you puke....
Whos dumb idea was this? Today was my last leg day before my 9 day spring break (which I will take a rest from lifting but continue to perform cardio) and I decided, hey...what the hell why not right? So I perform 5 sets of squats, 8-12 reps heavy....I blow through em and OH MY GOD, I could taste the vomit whenever I came back into the upright position, so anyway the whole walk back to my dorm Im feeling my stomache wage a war against itself but decide that I have to down my shake....bad idea, after my first sip I literally puke all over my shaker bottle and hand while these two hot females were sun bathing on the lawn 10 feet away from me.....oh well, live and learn.

i have felt the urge to vomit but had never lost the ability to control it...
by the way, how did the girls react?

Just did that routine thursday, super slow, super strict.

I've never puked from lifting but my buddy does all the time. He threw up all over himself while he was deadlifting 750. It was sweet.

start doing DC training or 20 rep squats and its all too common - but yeah it sux to have all your protien go to waste
